Even though Alex spends most of his free time at work, when he does get some spare time he enjoys watching Netflix, learning how to play the piano, and spending time with his family. Just like his work ethics at Berks and Beyond, Alex has always strive to be an overachiever. When Alex was in the 5th grade he learned sign language just to impress a girl, and to this day still knows how to sign.

Matt has one of the most diverse backgrounds at Berks and Beyond. Some of his more interesting jobs include research analyst, wedding DJ and farm hand. This varied experienced has helped the West Virginia University grad excel at Berks where they “keep him on his toes” every day. He is up to the challenge and eager to help candidates and clients find the right match.
In his down time he enjoys camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, tree-climbing, slacklining and reading. And after all that, he enjoys a good meal with a good beer.
Matt is interested in sustainable and natural building and hopes to build his own home one day.

She was born in Puerto Rico. Iris and her family love cars and everything that has to do with car racing. She also enjoys reading, riding her jet skis, and spending time with her kids and all their activities. Iris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
