Tiffany is no stranger to Berks and Beyond. As the Operations Manager she has seen and done it all since coming aboard in 2004. As a graduate from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Administration, she is part of the day to day operation, from recruiting, accounting, and marketing, this girl can do it all! While Tiffany finds staffing to be challenging, she finds no greater reward when you a make difference in someone’s life and get them started on a great career path.
When Tiffany is not working (which is hard to believe) she enjoys going to concerts, festivals, and traveling to beach destinations with her wonderful husband. Tiffany may be all business at the office, but outside of work, she is a thrill seeker! From swimming with sharks and sting rays to Xtreme zip line courses and wishes to hopefully go sky diving one day!
Angie Furlow VP of Onsite Operations and DevelopmentCorporate
Angie got into the staffing industry when the agency she had temped for in college offered her a staffing coordinator position. She worked her way up through every possible staffing position and seventeen years later – she’s a VP.
Staffing is Angie’s passion and at Berks and Beyond, she gets to work with the best people in the business and the best clients every day.
Out of the office, Angie’s passions include her husband, son and five dogs. She loves to go to concerts (including Kid Rock 8 times in the last 4 years) and supports several dog rescue organizations and an elephant sanctuary. Angie has not yet convinced her husband that they should add an elephant to their own menagerie.
Melissa Schmelz Regional Director of Client ServicesCorporate
Melissa knew she was destined to work in a people industry – as demonstrated by her college internships at Pepsi and at Hershey Park.
Melissa’s take on staffing, “I’ll say what most people seem to say about the Staffing industry – You either love it or you hate it – and after 14 years in this very exciting, very busy and sometimes very crazy industry, I have to say, I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!”
When she is not at the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. They are big sports fans – Melissa is a die-hard Penn State fan and the family has season tickets to the Hershey Bears. She enjoys travel and won’t hesitate to road-trip to see an away game or two.
Tina Pierozak Business Development ManagerCorporate
Tina has over 15 years in the staffing industry. She loves this industry because she gets to meet in new people and learn about the local made products and services the community provides. When Tina is not working she enjoys spending her time with family and friends.
Stephani Williams Corporate TrainerCorporate
Stephani started with Berks in early 2012 and quickly grew her branch into one of the largest at Berks and Beyond. She attributes her drive for success, long hours, and ability to keep her staff happy and motivated to our continued growth in Camp Hill. She’s been in the staffing industry for almost 8 years and loves the challenge and fun stories it brings along with it!
In Stephani’s free time you will find her in Philly cheering on her favorite teams. Go FLYERS & Phillies! She also spends a lot of time visiting friends, and going to concerts and festivals. Whatever new and exciting adventures come Stephani’s way she is always up to try anything. Stephani is so adventurous she has already visited 15 different countries and it does not look like she is slowing down at all it when comes to her work and her traveling adventures!
Heather Powell Payroll SpecialistCorporate
Heather started her career as a computer operator and worked her way up to HR/Benefits Administrator. Out of all her jobs in the administrative field, she enjoys doing payroll the best, because it always keeps her on her toes. Working for Berks and Beyond has definitely done that and more for her! Heather likes that there is never a slow day at the office, she enjoys the stress…she means being busy!
When Heather is not busy at work, she enjoys reading, taking day trips, and being silly with her friends and family! One of Heather’s guilty pleasures is watching reality TV, especially the Real Housewives series. She also takes an interest in the paranormal and likes to tour haunted places.
Judy Lockyer Executive AssistantCorporate
Judy is new to the staffing industry and has grown to appreciate the role of each staff member. She looks forward to using her skills and experience while providing support to the Operations and Accounting departments as needed. Judy is excited to be part of a company that continues to grow and make a difference in people’s lives.
For many years Judy has enjoyed baking and decorating gingerbread houses with her children. The houses were enjoyed by their classmates at their Christmas parties in school. Judy and her son, Elisha, each entered a house in a contest several years ago and placed third and second respectively. When Judy is not baking, she enjoys running,hiking, and traveling. She also enjoys family get-togethers and spending time with friends.
